2-3-3: DUTIES:
It shall be the duty of the inspectors of the Bureau of Fire Prevention to enforce the programs of the Fire Prevention Code as heretofore adopted by the Village. The Chief of the Fire Department may delegate any of his powers or duties under the Fire Prevention Code to the inspectors. (Ord. 58-11, 10-14-1958)
