Collocation for which a permit is granted shall be completed within one hundred-eighty (180) days after the issuance of the permit by the Village unless the Village and the wireless provider agree to extend this time period, there is a delay caused by make-ready work for a Village utility pole, or there is a lack of commercial power or backhaul availability at the site, provided the wireless provider has made a timely request within sixty (60) days after the issuance of the permit for commercial power or backhaul services, and the additional time to complete the installation does not exceed three hundred-sixty (360) days after the issuance of the permit.
