Small wireless facilities shall be classified as Permitted Uses and shall not be subject to zoning review or approval if they are collocated in rights-of-way in any zoning district and outside of rights-of-way in commercial and industrial zoning districts. Applications for permits to collocate small wireless facilities on said property shall be subject to administrative review as set forth in this Chapter and, if applicable, approval of any request for height exceptions or other variances. Requests for approval of small wireless facilities to be located in all other zoning districts and not in rights-of-way shall be subject to zoning review and approval as set forth in the Forest View Zoning Ordinance.
