§ 34.121 DEPARTMENT HEAD AND ASSISTANT/DEPUTY DEPARTMENT HEAD DEFERRED COMPENSATION PROGRAM.
   The City Manager may establish a department head and assistant/deputy department head deferred compensation benefit equal to a percentage of the employee's annual base salary and set by the City Manager and approved by City Council through the passage of the annual budget appropriating funds for this purpose effective January 1st of each year.
