§ 111.16 ADDITIONAL OPERATING CONDITIONS.
   (A)   In order to provide a safe and secure environment, adequate lighting shall be provided in all parking areas and at all entrances and exits of the establishment. A lighting plan is to be provided upon submission of an application for an establishment license as required in this chapter.
   (B)   Establishments shall not exceed the maximum occupancies provided for in the Ohio Building Code. A statement of the maximum occupancy to be allowed pursuant to such regulations is to be provided upon submission of an application for an establishment license as required in this chapter.
   (C)   A security plan shall be provided upon submission of an application for an establishment license as required in this chapter. Each security plan shall demonstrate that the establishment has met all city and state building and fire code requirements. In addition, such plan shall include the number and location of all access doors, including emergency exits.
   (D)   The establishment shall ensure that at least three off-duty Ohio certified police officers shall be working in the establishment during all late night events, and shall have access to all areas inside or outside the establishment. The names of the officers shall be provided by the establishment license holder to the Forest Park Police Department at least 48 hours prior to the event.
   (E)   No noise and/or vibrations shall be heard or felt beyond the property line of any establishment, and there shall be no speaker, sound system or other device emitting noise and/or vibrations on the exterior of the building. A sound-proofing plan shall be provided upon submission of an application for an establishment license as required in this chapter.
   (F)   Late night events shall not be allowed within 500 feet of any residential structure, except for establishments in operation on the date of adoption of this chapter.
   (G)   Applicant shall comply with all local and State of Ohio laws, including, but not exclusively, the State’s laws regarding the possession, use and prohibition of firearms within certain establishments. To obtain a license and to hold events in accordance with this legislation, the licensee shall post upon the premises, at the time of the event, a sign in a conspicuous location on that premises prohibiting persons from carrying firearms or concealed firearms on or onto the premises as provided for in R.C. § 2923.126(C)(3).
   (H)   All rules shall be clearly posted, by the establishment license holder, for all patrons on the premises.
   (I)   Promoters of late night events at establishments that hold a liquor license shall not permit anyone under 21 to attend.
   (J)   Nothing in this section relieves any licensee from compliance with any other provision of the Codified Ordinances of Forest Park, Ohio.
