(A) A promoter licensee shall not hold a late night event at any place other than the address designated in the application for license.
(B) Establishment or promoter licensees shall not transfer a license to another person unless that person:
(1) Obtains an amendment to the license upon the satisfactory completion of an application; or
(2) Pays a transfer fee of 20% of the most recent license fee.
(C) An establishment or promoter license may not be transferred after the licensee has been notified that suspension or revocation proceedings have been or will be brought against the licensee.
(D) An establishment license shall not be transferred to another location.
(E) Any transfer attempted in violation of this section is void and will revoke the license.
