A license may be suspended until the violation causing the suspension has been corrected, provided that the period is not to exceed 30 days, if a licensee knowingly, or an employee of a licensee intentionally and with knowledge of the licensee:
(A) Violates or is not in compliance with this chapter; or
(B) Fails to correct a violation of a building, fire, health or zoning code within seven days of notification of such violation; or
(C) Allows a promoter to hold a late night event without a valid promoters license; or
(D) Transfers the license to another in violation of this chapter; or
(E) Has been convicted of tax violations for taxes or fees related to the business.
