§ 110.100 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE.
   (A)   No person shall operate or engage in the business of a budget service company in the city without having first obtained a license from the City Finance Director.
   (B)   The license fee shall be $400 per year for each office or location, and each application for a license shall be accompanied by the annual license fee.
   (C)   Persons who are not residents of this city, making application for a license, shall deposit the sum not to exceed $l,000 with the City Finance Director, in addition to the license fee, to cover the excess cost of investigation by reason of nonresidence. The surplus deposit shall be returned upon completion of the investigation.
