§ 110.87 TRANSFER OF LICENSE.
   No license for any such public vehicle shall be transferred from one owner to another or from one vehicle to another, nor in the case of a license issued to a taxicab company, shall any vehicle be added to or deleted from such license, except with the consent and approval of the City Manager.
