§ 110.75 PUBLIC VEHICLE LICENSE FEE.
   No such public vehicle shall be operated unless a license has been issued to the owner thereof and is in force. Each such license shall expire on December 31 for the year in which it is issued. In the event a license is issued after October 1 of any year, the fee shall be 1/4; on or after July 1, 1/2 and on or after April 1, 3/4 of the annual fee. The license fees for each such public vehicle shall be as established by Chapter 156, Comprehensive Fee Schedule. These fees shall be in addition to the fee required under the laws of the state or of the United States upon all motor vehicles.
