§ 110.74 ICE CREAM VENDORS TO USE BELL ONLY.
   Ice cream vendors shall be permitted to use a bell only to attract attention, provided they abide by the following rules:
   (A)   Ring the bell for no longer than a one-minute period after they are completely stopped.
   (B)   Stop no closer than 50 feet to an intersection, at a safe place where traffic is not obstructed.
   (C)   Do not operate in the city later than 9:00 p.m.
   (D)   Abide by special rules and regulations as determined necessary to provide for the safety of the streets of the city and for children using the area adjacent thereto.
