§ 110.34 ORDERLY OPERATION.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner, manager, or person in charge of the operation of mechanical amusement devices in the city for use of public playing to permit the same to be noisy, disorderly, or in any other manner disturb the peace and quiet in the vicinity thereof.
