All pinball machines or amusement machines and the premises wherein they are maintained, exhibited, or displayed shall be open to inspection by the police at all times. The failure of any distributor or exhibitor to comply with any provisions of this chapter shall cause the Chief of Police to revoke the license or licenses of any and all pinball or amusement machines owned, operated, maintained, exhibited, leased, rented, or displayed by the violator of the provision.
