§ 110.27 APPLICATION FOR LICENSES.
   (A)   Applications for distributor's or exhibitor's licenses shall be made to the City Manager on forms provided by him and all information requested on the forms shall be carefully and accurately written thereon. If the City Manager is satisfied that the applicant has complied with all of the provisions of this subchapter and other ordinances, and is otherwise eligible to receive the license, he shall issue a license upon payment of the license fee, if required.
   (B)   The license shall accurately identify the pinball machine or amusement machine for which it is issued and shall specify the exact locations in which the machine is to be exhibited or maintained.
   (C)   Each license shall be attached to the machine for which it is issued so as to be in plain view of the persons playing the machine.
