(A) Every exhibitor shall pay an annual license fee which may be prorated on a quarterly basis for each pinball machine or amusement machine maintained, possessed, operated, displayed, or exhibited in the city, in which the exhibitor has any interest or over which the exhibitor exercises or has the authority to exercise any control whatsoever as established by Chapter 156, Comprehensive Fee Schedule. Copies of the Schedule are available for viewing or distribution from the Community Development Department.
(B) The license fee shall be paid for each calendar year or part of calendar year in which a pinball machine or amusement machine is maintained, possessed, operated, displayed, or exhibited as described above in this section.
