§ 110.08 ORDERLY OPERATION.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner, manager, or person in charge of any bowling alley or billiard or pool room in the city for the use of public playing, to permit the same to be noisy, disorderly, or in any other manner disturb the peace and quiet in the vicinity thereof.
