§ 92.16 ASSESSMENT AGAINST ABUTTING PROPERTY.
   Bills issued under § 92.15 shall be payable within 30 days from the date of such bill. Bills not paid within 30 days shall be certified to the County Auditor to be an assessment against the abutting property.
