§ 90.10 NUMBER OF PERMANENT SIGNS PERMITTED.
   Other than those signs specifically exempted pursuant to § 90.14, only one permanent sign shall be permitted per lot, parcel, or building except as otherwise permitted in this chapter. See, also, Comprehensive and Master Signage Plan (§§ 90.22 and 90.23)
