(A) It shall be unlawful for any person being the owner or in charge of any vehicle to authorize or direct or permit another person to violate any section or provision of the traffic code by means of such vehicle.
(B) The parent, legal guardian, or any other person permitting any violation by a juvenile offender shall be guilty of a misdemeanor as an aider and abettor thereof and shall be charged as a principal offender. Notice of this section shall be prima facie knowledge.
