§ 75.09 FAILURE TO COMPLY; IMPOUNDMENT.

In addition to the penalties provided in § 70.99 a court may prohibit any person who violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter relating to bicycles or motorized bicycles from riding a bicycle or motorized bicycle for a period not to exceed three months. In addition, any person violating or failing to comply with any provisions of this chapter relating to bicycles or motorized bicycles may be punished by having his bicycle or motorized bicycle impounded for a period not exceeding 30 days.
