§ 36.03 COMMISSION ORGANIZATION.
   (A)   The Commission shall be composed of five (5) persons who shall be appointed and shall serve in the manner provided by § 11.01 of the City Charter.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of each member of the Commission to attend all meetings of the Commission, and to devote as much time as is necessary to the management of the business and affairs of the Commission.
   (C)   The Commission shall elect one (1) of its members as Chairperson, and one (1) as Vice-Chairperson, who shall serve until a new member is appointed and qualified (or upon the reappointment of an old member) at which time successors as Chairperson and Vice- Chairperson shall be elected.    (D)   The city may employ a suitable person to serve as Secretary of the Commission.
