(A) These part-time police officers shall be compensated at the rate set by ordinance for each hour actually assigned to duty, such payment to be made at the regular payroll dates of the city upon vouchers duly signed by the Chief of Police and approved by the City Manager. Such compensation shall be the full compensation of the part-time police officers, regardless of the number of hours for which they may be assigned to duty.
(B) The part-time police officers shall not be members of the Police Relief and Pension Fund; shall not be entitled to sick leave; and shall not be entitled to vacation periods or any of the other benefits of municipal employment.
(C) The part-time police officers shall hold their employment subject to the will of the City Manager.
