§ 35.30 CITY MANAGER SHALL EMPLOY NOT MORE THAN THREE PART-TIME OFFICERS.
   The City Manager is authorized to employ not to exceed three suitable individuals to serve as part-time police officers of the city during periods of illness or vacation of the regular members of the Police Department and at such other times as the City Manager deems it necessary to supplement the regular police force.
