§ 34.042 OUTSTANDING ATTENDANCE PROGRAM.
   For each three hours in excess of 1,800 hours of continued outstanding attendance, an employee will earn one hour, up to a maximum of five days, of earned time (a rate of approximately 3.333 hours per month). The outstanding attendance earnings shall not be accumulated from year to year. At the end of the calendar year, any unused balance shall be paid out directly to the employee at the rate of one hour of pay for each hour earned, and there shall be no carry over of said time from year to year.
