§ 34.041 ONE-TIME GOOD ATTENDANCE BONUS.
   Upon approval and certification of the City Manager, a city employee who has obtained 20 years of continuous service with the city, and who has accumulated a sick leave balance of not less than 150 days, said employee may receive a one-time good attendance bonus, calculated by multiplying the employee's current per diem rate (regular scheduled hours per day X hourly rate) by one-half of the number of accumulated sick leave days accrued by the employee and credited to the employee's sick leave balance. Regularly scheduled hours per day shall not exceed eight unless assigned to a regular schedule, approved by the City Manager, in excess of eight hours per day.
