Work will be considered complete when all exposed soil areas have undergone final stabilization; is constructed to finish grade, and is in conformance with all permit conditions to the satisfaction of the city. The applicant or its representative shall notify the city when the land disturbing operations are ready for final inspection. Final approval shall not be given until all work, including installation of all drainage facilities and their protective devices, and all erosion control measures, have been completed and final stabilization has occurred in accordance with this chapter.
