(A) This chapter is adopted pursuant to M.S. § 462.351, as it may be amended from time to time.
(B) Most restrictive law applies. In the event of any conflict between provisions of this chapter or other regulations adopted by the City of Forest Lake, the State of Minnesota, or federal authorities, watershed district or watershed management organization, the more restrictive standard shall prevail.
