§ 130.07 STORAGE OF EXPLOSIVES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep any dynamite, giant power or similar explosive within the city, except as hereinafter provided.
   (B)   The explosives in quantities of 200 pounds and less shall not be kept any nearer than 100 feet to any business or dwelling house within the city; nor in quantities in excess of 200 pounds nearer than a quarter of a mile to any business or dwelling house within the city.
   (C)   The explosives shall be kept in a bulletproof building constructed of cement, the walls of which shall not be less than 6 inches in thickness. The location of any such building shall be subject to the approval of the City Council.
   (D)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished according to law.
