§ 130.03 HOUSE OF ILL FAME PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Any person who, within the city, shall keep a house of ill fame, or a place resorted to for the purpose of prostitution or any other lewd, obscene or indecent purpose, or who shall permit or suffer to come together at such house or place persons of evil name or fame, or who shall commit or suffer to be committed therein any immoral, lewd or indecent behavior, or any reveling, rioting or disturbance, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (B)   Any person who shall resort to or visit any house of ill fame, or any other place, within the city, for the purpose of prostitution or other lewd, immoral or indecent behavior, or who shall appear in any street, or common highway or public place in the city, or in any window, door or other place exposed to public view in the city, and shall invite and induce, or attempt to induce another to lewd intercourse or behavior, or who shall appear in the street or highway or other place exposed to public view, for the purpose of inviting or inducing, or attempting to induce another to the intercourse or behavior shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
