(A) Any person who shall, within the city, wilfully disturb the peace and quiet of the city by any loud or unusual noise, screaming, quarreling, striking or fighting under any pretense whatever, or in any other manner, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, be punished according to law.
