§ 130.01 ADOPTION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF CRIMINAL CODE.
   (A)   The following provisions of the Criminal Code of 1963, being M.S.A. §§ 609.01 et seq. (Laws 1963, Chapter 753), as they may be amended from time to time, are adopted by reference and the provisions thereof thus incorporated shall be as much a part of this chapter as if they had been set forth in full herein.
      (1)   M.S.A. § 609.224, assault;
      (2)   M.S.A. § 609.52, theft where the value of the property or services is $100 or less;
      (3)   M.S.A. § 609.535, issuance of worthless check;
      (4)   M.S.A. § 609.545, misusing credit card to secure services;
      (5)   M.S.A. § 609.576, negligent fires;
      (6)   M.S.A. § 609.605, trespasses and other acts;
      (7)   M.S.A. § 609.66, dangerous weapons;
      (8)   M.S.A. § 609.675, exposure of unused refrigerator or container to children;
      (9)   M.S.A. § 609.68, unlawful deposit of garbage;
      (10)   M.S.A. § 609.705, unlawful assembly;
      (11)   M.S.A. § 609.715, presence at unlawful assembly;
      (12)   M.S.A. § 609.72, disorderly conduct;
      (13)   M.S.A. § 609.725, vagrancy;
      (14)   M.S.A. § 609.74, public nuisance;
      (15)   M.S.A. § 609.745, permitting public nuisance;
      (16)   M.S.A. § 609.755, acts of or relating to gambling.
   (B)   Three copies of the Criminal Code of 1963 shall be marked by the City Clerk as official copies and filed for use and examination by the public in the office of the City Clerk.
   (C)   Any person who shall violate the provisions hereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished according to law.
