The Forest Lake Police Department is authorized, as the exclusive entity within the city, to conduct criminal history background investigations on employees, applicants for employment, volunteers and applicants for the following city licenses and permits:
(A) Liquor;
(B) Massage;
(C) Peddlers, solicitors and transient merchants;
(D) Tobacco;
(E) Pawn shops;
(F) Lawful gambling;
(G) Fireworks;
(H) Recreation center;
(I) Theater;
(J) Outdoor entertainment;
(K) Adult oriented business;
(L) Carnival;
(M) Fertilizer-pesticide;
(N) Garbage/rubbish hauler.
