(A) It is unlawful for any person, whether present or not, to host or allow an event or gathering at any residence or premises where alcohol or alcoholic beverages are present if the person hosting the event or gathering knows or reasonably should know that under aged persons may be present who will possess or consume any alcoholic beverage and the person fails to take reasonable steps to prevent such possession or consumption by the under aged person.
(B) A person is criminally responsible for violating division (A) of this section if the person intentionally aids, advises, hires, counsels, or conspires with or otherwise procures another to commit the prohibited act.
