§ 119.21 TEMPORARY ON-SALE LICENSES FOR THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN CITY PARKS.
   No temporary license shall be issued for the sale of alcoholic beverages in any city park unless the applicant demonstrates proof of financial responsibility as described in M.S. § 340A.409. The city shall be named as an additional insured on the certificate of insurance evidencing the required insurance coverage. In granting the license, the Council may impose such conditions and restrictions as it deems proper to preserve the public peace and safety. Licensed, private security guards or off-duty police officers in a number determined by the City Council shall be required to maintain order and ensure compliance with state statutes and City Code requirements related to the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages.
