The hours of operation and days of sale shall be those set by M.S. § 340A.504. A restaurant, club, bowling center, or hotel with a seating capacity for at least 30 persons and which holds an on-sale intoxicating liquor license may be issued a Sunday on-sale intoxicating liquor license which authorizes the licensee to sell intoxicating liquor for consumption on the premises in conjunction with the sale of food between the hours of 8:00 a.m. on Sundays and 2:00 a.m. on Mondays. A taproom may be open and may conduct on-sale business on Sundays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and midnight. A small brewer may sell malt liquor during the legal hours for off-sale at exclusive liquor stores and may sell malt liquor at off-sale in growlers between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on Sundays.
