§ 119.14 CONSUMPTION IN PUBLIC PLACES.
   No person shall consume an alcoholic beverage in a public park, on any public street, sidewalk, parking lot or alley, or in any public place other than on the premises of an establishment licensed under this chapter unless otherwise specifically permitted by this chapter or another provision of the City Code or where the consumption of an alcoholic beverage is lawfully permitted. No person shall consume or possess any alcoholic beverage on any public street or highway or in any public park or public parking lot except as specifically permitted under this chapter, § 90.14 of the City Code, or as otherwise permitted by an outdoor entertainment permit issued by the city.
