§ 119.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall, directly or indirectly upon any pretense or by any device, manufacture, import, sell, exchange, barter, dispose of or keep for sale any alcoholic beverage without first having obtained a license or permit therefore as hereinafter provided.
