§ 115.14 INVESTIGATION OF MASSAGE THERAPY LICENSE APPLICATION.
   Massage therapy license applications shall be reviewed by the Police Department, which shall furnish written recommendations to the City Clerk following completion of the required background investigation. The City Council shall approve or deny the license.
