(A) A licensed massage business shall be equipped with adequate and conveniently located toilet rooms for the accommodation of its employees and patrons. The toilet room shall be well ventilated by natural or mechanical methods and be enclosed with a door. The toilet room shall be kept clean and in good repair and shall be adequately lighted.
(B) Floor, walls and equipment in massage rooms, restrooms and bathrooms must be kept in a state of good repair and sanitary condition at all times. Linens and other materials shall be stored at least 12 inches off the floor or in an enclosed cabinet.
(C) Each licensed premise shall provide adequate refuse receptacles, which shall be emptied as often as required.
(D) The doors to the individual massage rooms shall not be equipped with any locking device nor shall they be locked or obstructed from either side of the door. Each individual massage room shall contain a private dressing area. Clean towels, wash cloths and linens must be available for each customer.
(E) Main entrance doors to the premises shall be unlocked at all times during business hours.
