License applications shall be reviewed by the City Clerk, Police Department, Fire Department, Building Department and any other departments that the City Clerk shall deem necessary to determine whether the premises conforms to all applicable code requirements. Following completion of the required background investigation, the City Council shall approve or deny the license.
