§ 95.25 VIOLATIONS.

Any person, firm, corporation, partnership, or other entity which violates any provision of this subchapter is guilty of a misdemeanor. Any person, firm, corporation, partnership, or other entity which violates the terms of a permit or any condition thereon shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
