§ 95.20 POLICY.

It is the duty, responsibility, and policy of the city to protect the health, safety, and welfare of those residing in, working in, or visiting the city. The city believes that in order to fulfill its duties it must provide regulations dealing with the treatment and disposal of soil contaminated with petroleum products.
