(A) The ambient air quality standards and air pollution control regulations as presently adopted by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency are adopted by reference and the provisions thereof thus incorporated shall be as much a part of this section as if they had been set forth in full herein.
(B) Three copies of the ambient air quality standards and air pollution control regulations as promulgated by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency shall be marked by the City Clerk as official copies and filed for use and examination by the public in the office of the City Clerk.
(C) Any person who shall violate the provisions of the ambient air quality standards and air pollution control regulations herein shall be punished according to law.
