§ 91.05 PREEMPTION.
   It is the intention of this chapter to pre-empt, pursuant to M.S. § 86B.205, Subd. 5(iii), as it may be amended from time to time, any county rules, regulations, or ordinances in conflict with the terms of this chapter.
