(A) Resource management, enforcement, emergency and maintenance personnel shall be exempt from this chapter while in the performance of their official duties.
(B) Primary enforcement of this chapter shall rest with the Washington County Sheriff’s Water Patrol. This shall not limit the enforcement of this chapter by other licensed peace officers.
(C) The city shall place a sign at the public access adjacent to the lake (and at other suitable locations) indicating the existence of restrictions on the use of the lake and, in addition, will insure that the buoys or signs used to mark the restricted areas of the lake and the “thin ice” signs meet the requirements of Minn. Rules, § 6110.1500, as it may be amended from time to time.
