(A) No person shall be allowed to operate a motorboat upon Shields Lake, except those motorboats powered by an electric motor not exceeding 35 pounds of thrust.
(B) No person shall enter into any restricted area upon Shields Lake. Restricted areas are marked on the lake by buoys, signs or other markings.
(C) No person shall use the public access adjacent to Shields Lake from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on the following day.
(D) No person shall enter into any area of Shields Lake affected by the aeration system and/or marked by “thin ice” or other appropriate signs or markings.
(E) The City Council shall direct the erection of signs prohibiting or regulating vehicular traffic upon the public access adjacent to Shields Lake as is deemed necessary, prudent and/or advisable by the City Council.
