§ 90.13 FEES FOR USE OF PUBLIC PARK AND PUBLIC GROUNDS.
   The City Parks, Trails, and Lakes Commission is authorized and enabled to require payment of fees for the use of designated park facilities and shall post a schedule of the designated fees in a conspicuous place. Any person who shall fail to pay the prescribed fee for the use of the facilities shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
