§ 90.06 PUBLIC PARK AND PUBLIC GROUNDS HOURS. 
   No person, except authorized city personnel, shall enter or be in or remain in any city public park or public grounds between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. except by special written consent of the City Clerk, after prior Parks, Trails, and Lakes Commission approval.
