For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PARKS. Public parks and all public service facilities, real estate and buildings owned or leased by the city which are under the control of the City Parks, Trails, and Lakes Commission.
VEHICLE. Any vehicle conveyance, whether motor powered, animal drawn, or self-propelled. The term shall include any trailer in tow of any size, kind or description. Exception is made for baby carriages and vehicles in the service of the city.
