§ 71.06 ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES.
   (A)   All provisions of M.S. § 84.92, as it may be amended from time to time, entitled “All-Terrain Vehicles” are adopted by reference as permitted by M.S. § 471.62, as it may be amended from time to time, and it shall be unlawful to operate an all-terrain vehicle within the city in violation thereof.
   (B)   Notwithstanding the provisions of M.S. Ch. 84.92, as it may be amended from time to time, and the references therein to operation on city streets, it is declared to be unlawful to operate any all-terrain vehicle upon city streets, parks, city owned land or parking lots within the city.
   (C)   At least 1 copy of the statutes hereby adopted shall be marked as the official copy and filed in the office of the City Clerk for use and examination by the public.
